Hi my name is Elina !

I am a 17 year old Junior at the Hun School of Princeton in NJ.  I play Field Hockey, Golf and  am captain of rock climbing team and avid lover of History and finding ways to help make my community a better place.  I'm an active member of the Young Women's Leadership Cohort, the National Honor Society, the National Junior Classical League, the Red Shield Society, the Model UN, and several other clubs.  I have also taken part in the MLK Leadership Summit, and hosted three Gender Equity Matters Summits.  During my Junior  year I took on the role of Peer Leader at Hun, and as a Teen Leader with Corner House of Princeton in a program that aims to stop hate, promotes peace, combats bullying and teaches the acceptance of others.  I was adopted from Khabarovsk, Russia at two years old.

I seek to help others through Young Able Voices, and I look forward to making many new friends along the way.
